He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2011.He has worked with many corporates in capacity as a Assurance and Accounting consultant. He assisted many MSMEs in structuring their businesses, completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, necessary filings and much more.

Mr. Agarwal specializes in GST & Direct Tax, advisory and Litigation and has extensive experience in advising domestic companies across all range of industries. He also advises and provides complete hand holding in building entire business ecosystem for new business entities especially to Start-ups. He has vast experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Revenue Audits, Internal Audits, Direct and Indirect Tax matters, Management accounting and cost controlling.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2011 .Partner of MKSKA Chartered Accountant firm have an expertise in Direct & Indirect Tax consulting and representing clients in critical tax disputes. He’s an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His expertise includes Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and International tax & Transfer Pricing.

He also handles the audits of various corporates including Start Ups, Public Company & foreign companies operating in India which are engaged in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Information Technology, and Infrastructure etc. He has also been the driving force behind technological improvements in the firm.

He also has wide experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial & business analysis and auditing across various industries - manufacturing, service, non-profit and government owned.
